Distance is latency. We keep it short.

Light in optical fibre covers about 200 km every millisecond. Every 100 km between your server and your customer adds at least 1 ms to each round trip, before a single line of code runs.

That’s why we host on Tier-3 data centres in Malaysia. Your pages start loading while an overseas server is still waiting for the signal to arrive.

Theoretical minimum from great-circle distance at 200 km/ms. Real routes are longer, so the gap is usually wider. Malaysian reference point: Kuala Lumpur.

    Where are your customers?

    Hosted in Malaysia10 ms
    979 km away
    Hosted in US West131 ms
    13,062 km away

In the time one request reaches US West and returns, a server in Malaysia can answer 13 times.

Asia isn’t one market. We build for each of them.

Fourteen languages, nine writing systems and two reading directions. This is the linguistic matrix behind our regional work, and what each script changes in the way we design, build and test.

High-growth digital economies on our doorstep, where browsing is overwhelmingly mobile.

    • Tiếng ViệtVietnameseLatin with tone marksLeft to right
    • ภาษาไทยThaiThai scriptLeft to right

What it changes in the build

Vietnamese stacks tone marks on vowels, so fonts need full Vietnamese coverage. Thai has no spaces between words, so line breaks need dictionary-aware wrapping.

    Economic powerhouses

    East Asia

Economic powerhouses at the centre of regional supply chains, with exacting expectations for speed and polish.

    • 日本語JapaneseKanji, hiragana and katakanaLeft to rightOn this site
    • 한국어KoreanHangulLeft to right

What it changes in the build

Chinese, Japanese and Korean fonts can run to several megabytes, so we subset them or rely on system fonts to keep pages fast. Simplified and Traditional Chinese are separate builds, not one switch.

    Tech hubs

    South Asia

Tech hubs where English runs business and local languages reach customers.

    • اردوUrduPerso-Arabic (Nastaliq)Right to left
    • বাংলাBengaliBengali scriptLeft to right

What it changes in the build

Devanagari and Bengali join letters into conjuncts that need proper text shaping. Urdu reads right to left in flowing Nastaliq, which needs extra line height.

    Trade corridors

    Western & Central Asia

Trade corridors linking Asia, Europe and Africa, where right-to-left design is the norm across much of the region.

What it changes in the build

Arabic and Persian layouts mirror from right to left, navigation and icons included. Russian remains a shared business language across Central Asia.

    How we work

A clear path from the first call to a live, monitored system.

    1. Discover

We map your goals, users, systems and compliance obligations, then agree scope, timeline and budget in writing.

    2. Architect

We design the experience, infrastructure and integrations together, so nothing gets bolted on later.

    3. Build and integrate

Short, visible sprints with staging links you can test on your own phone and network.

    4. Launch and operate

We go live on monitored local infrastructure and stay accountable to the SLA.

    Questions we’re often asked

Where will our website and data be hosted?

In Tier-3 data centres in Malaysia, close to your customers. If your compliance team needs a specific location or provider, we’ll plan around it.

Do you only work with companies in Sarawak and Sabah?

No. With a team in Kuala Lumpur, we work with organisations across Malaysia and the region, on site or remotely.

Can you take over our existing website and domains?

Yes. We audit what you have, plan the move to avoid downtime, and document every change we make.

How do you handle personal data?

In line with the PDPA: we collect only what each form needs, explain why in BM and English, keep it in Malaysia and limit who can access it.

How do we get a quote?

Send a short brief through the form below. We’ll book a consultation, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost.

    Tell us what you’re building.
